They did a great job replacing my windshield, but I wanted to leave a general review of the amazing Elite Auto Repair! I rarely recommend service providers to others, but I recommend Elite without hesitation to everyone. From the moment they answer your call to the moment you drive out of the parking lot with your well-maintained/repaired car, you are treated like the most important person on the planet. Their courtesy, attention to detail, customer service and quality of their work is unmatched. This is rare in any business, and a treasure to find! My dad was an auto mechanic for 30 years so I never had to worry about finding a trustworthy repair shop. When he retired, I used dealer services for a while, but then discovered Elite about eight years ago. I will never go anywhere else again! I especially appreciate that as a woman, they never talk to me as if I don't know anything about cars. I generally deal with Ruth and Bobby, and they are awesome!

Work was very well done.  However, service engine light went back on after two weeks after paying for new valve.  Elite  provided explanation, declined further work because of cost repair.

Excellent. They stayed late for me to finish my brakes as the dealer didn't have the parts until late in the day.

I was smelling a burning smell coming from my engine, so I called Elite (we've been customers for about 6 years). They said their schedule was packed that day and the next, but they would fit me in where they could. They under-promised and over-delivered! They were able to take care of my car that same morning - it was finished within a couple of hours of me dropping it off! Turns out when I added oil to my car a couple of days before, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over the engine and the cap melted onto the engine (oops!). In addition to the great customer service and outstanding work, they are also great at explaining what the problem is with your car, but not making you feel dumb. As a woman, I appreciate that. They could've made me feel really silly for my mistake, but they didn't - they approached it like any other car problem. I have so many great stories about Elite - they are just fantastic. I've told them in person, but I want potential customers to know Elite provides excellent service at a great price!

Excellent. Honest service that performs what is necessary. They called me to make sure we were on the same page if additional work was needed. Bob is friendly and explains to you mechanics that you might not understand. Recommended!

Never again. Complete waste of time!

It went great- I really love these guys. Can't say enough good things about this shop- They continue to grow as their customer base grows through word of mouth. They deserve all the good business and growth.

Phenomenal service. Even got in touch with owner on cell phone at night to let him know car was being towed in---he offered to try to drive it into work from my house because he lives near me if I chose.
Have had 2 cars there now. I'm far from an expert but they seem very honest, punctual, and reliable. Work has come in UNDER estimate twice. They were willing to defer some brake work that wasn't absolutely necessary to save me some money.  I would have never known the difference if they just went ahead and did it.
Highly professional. Highly recommended.

I used Elite for years when I owned a Lexus.  When I purchased a new car service was performed at the dealership, when the warranty is done, I will be back.  The service has always been reliable, honest and punctual.  Not cheap, but good value.  Once when I was in Washington DC with my daughter, my car died at night.  I called Jim on his emergency cell  - he called me right back, diagnosed the problem (correctly I later confirmed) and helped me come up with a strategy to get my car repaired and my daughter and me safely back to our hotel.  I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his team.  

They did a great job . Every thing was done in one day. My check light was also fix.

don't know much about auto service, but they seemed quite honest.
did the maintenance. saw tires were wearing evenly so didn't need rotation. Checked air filters and were clean, didn't need to be replaced. I GUARANTEE Honda would have done all 3
they did analyze the brakes and said rotors need adjusting but brakes were close to needing replacement as well, likely at next routine maintenance. recommended we deal with it until next visit so we didn't get charged twice for break work. could have easily fixed the problem this time but were willing to defer the service and the business. that said a lot to me.

2 return visits for work which was supposed to have been completed. They actually refunded labor charge on one of the jobs.

They were wonderful.  They provide really good service, fast appointment.  They only do necessary work.  They are just perfect.  They are honest and tell you exactly what is needed to be done.  They are straight forward and they call you back to let you know the work that needs to be done to your car and the price.

I've had a variety of work done at Elite. They always call with a quote, and the price is right on or under when they're finished. They work hard with the customer to find the right - and affordable - solution to fixing your car. Ruth, who does their admin work, is fantastic, personable, and always on top of things. We've been really happy with their work - and have now taken our car to their additional location at Kaizen Automotive on Park St. in Cranston.

I used Elite Auto for years and was very very happy with them, I refer many clients to them and get great feedback. Ray, Ruth and the rest of the crew are honest, reliable and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. The place is neat and clean and very lady friendly.

Very accommodating, but their prices are high. I'm not sure if they're as high as a Volvo Dealership, but they quoted me estimates on two future repairs to consider that were almost twice as high as my privately run local mechanic. I had a long wait, so I was privy to similar conversations with other customers. I will go to the Volvo Dealership in the future if a have problems my guy can't fix.

I set up appointments for the two cars, one week apart from each other.  Elite went right through the cars literally from bumper to bumper inside and out.  They documented all the issues that should be addressed from oil changes due to how long the tires would last, belts that were dried out and cracking to bumper clips that were missing.  I had them do the oil changes and had new cabin air filters replaced immediately for both cars.  There was NO hard selling for more work to be done, they showed me the things that should be done relatively soon and estimated the time and costs for those optional items for later.  I really appreciated the "triage" for the issues as not all could be done immediately.  I felt comfortable knowing that their technicians were all ASE certified, so they knew what they were doing.  I did return for more work to be done later, it was done for the price quoted, done in a timely manner and their waiting area, while small, was clean and bright.  Coffee for the waiting customers was appreciated too.  I will go back as needed in the future.

Excellent service and they even gave me a ride home - and picked me up when my repair was completed.

They're honest & very good at what they do. We've been using them for years so they didn't charge me for the battery re-charge, which was nice. You can also drop off you car at night with a note & they'll take care of it in the morning.

My 2003 forerunner tires were leaking air slowly but surely.  After multiple visits to the air pumps in town (& scrambling for quarters) I finally to my vehicle into Elite.My tires had been changed out in  many miles so I though I was in for a four tire change out and the expense that goes with it.   While not a tire company my other experiences in the past with Elite had always been favorable.
As it turned out , the 3 tires "leaking" resulted in a simple fix of grinding/sanding the inside rims of corrosion where the air was slowly seeping out.  I wound buying only two tires as they rotated the remaining two after cleaning up the rims.  
They could have told as others did...you need 4 new tires.  I appreciate the unusually high level of customer focus for fairness at elite and will continue with them for all other services.
