It went great! The work took just under one hour (one door needed some adjusting, especially with the latch and handle). Sam was very helpful, professional, and honest. He didn't try to push me into purchasing things that were unnecessary. I asked about putting a lock on another door and changing a doorknob that had a lock, but after discussion I totally agreed with him about not needing to do those things. The locks and new keys work great! He also did any necessary servicing of the doors and door frames to ensure they closed, latched, and locked appropriately. Really nice work, and I'm 100%  satisfied.

I was very pleased because they came when I needed them. I wanted the lock changed right away because I was moving in. They came right when they said they'd come and they were great.

I contacted Dave about an antique door that needed a new lock, since the skeleton key finally gave out. Dave arrived promptly on the date agreed to. In 40 minutes, Dave had drilled and installed the new door handle and lock. Dave tested the lock and all worked great.
