Conn Tech Automotive is the place to go to get your Saab serviced. I heard good things about the quality of the work, and they were true. Thanks to them, I found that my clunking front end was due to a recall! I bought the car 5+ years ago and had it serviced at a Chevy/Saab dealer in Johnston. I never heard about the recall, which was surprising, as their service manager was excellent.

Conn Tech combined the labor costs for the spring recall work and charged me for parts only on the struts and strut bearings. The added bit of labor cost for the brakes was fully explained and super reasonable. I really appreciated the combined costs and savings being offered right up front. My wife commutes 60+ miles a day on RT195 and has said that the car is smooth and sticks to the road like it used to. She is very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly it was completed. All in all, it was a great experience.

I like the service they provide. They are the best place to have a Saab serviced. I will continue to use them in the future.

Mike and his staff seem to know most of the expected problems that Saabs will have and show a high level of knowledge of the cars. I don't think that anything has happened to my car that they have not fixed before. I never feel as though I am being overcharged or having work done on my car that is not necessary. I would recommend Conn-Tech to anyone with a Saab.
