The work performed was extremely poor. He was contracted on a new HVAC system to be installed. It failed inspections, had many issues. The owner Chris gave me the impression he didn't care about the project at all. Gave him over 15k, total project cost was $16102.50 and the system still does not work. Everything from incorrect duct work throughout the entire house, gas lines installed incorrectly, incorrect placement of multiple dampers, Chris not checking on his employee's work, screaming at them the few times he visited, damaged brand-new furnace while installing it, installed Ac condenser on an incorrect pad size, threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay even though it failed the cities inspection. Have been contacting him for weeks and no response. Think twice before you hire him. His Mechanical License 00008086

Chris came to the house and went over the job with me. I am an HVAC engineer, so I was very knowledgeable about his scope. CMAG's is a Carrier rep, so you're going to get a good product. On the day of the install, Chris and his guys arrived on time and were finished in one day. They did a good job.

AC was not working...Chris came out within 24 hours. I didn't have a lot of time since we are having a party in a couple of days. He came out and cleaned the unit and performed routine maintenance. I advised that I was thinking about replacing it at the end of the season and he told me that with routine maintenance I should have a couple more years with this one. Thought that was great since I was asking him for a quote...he could have easily given me a quote and replaced it without me knowing any better. I was extremely happy with everything!

Chris found a mouse nest in the outdoor unit that had chewed up the wiring. He removed the nest (no creatures were found and if they were, we would have removed them safely). He repaired the chewed wiring, blocked all of the holes with silicone to prevent any future dwellers and found the unit low on refrigerant so he added some and then tested the unit for full functionality. The A/C kicked on and started working properly. We also discussed a few issues with the A/C unit freezing up every so often in the furnace area. Chris was very knowledgeable and recommended some options that may help with better airflow. We will defintely be following up with Chris in the fall. I appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and especially his honesty. I would most definitely recommend him to all of my family anf friends.

The job was done quickly, efficiently and everything works fantastic! Highly recommend this company!

CMAGS HVAC Inc's price was good and very reasonable compared to others, they were very easy to work with, they came within a half hour of what they told me they would, they cleaned up well, they did a first class job, and it's going to make a world of difference to us here.
