My floors came out beautiful! They replaced parts of my floor that matches perfectly to the rest of the original floor. The Christian Brothers team was friendly, ontime and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

Quoted a 4 day timetable for ripping up rugs, installing floor, reapplying trim, returning doors and cleanup. Took 2 days to rip up rugs and prep, called in sick the 3rd day and the 4th day laid the whole floor in less than 8 hours. Left a huge mess, did not reapply baseboard trim and did not remove, return or adjust doors. If you move open a door that was not removed, you will gouge the floor. The other doors cannot be used since the floors were placed around them. One closet door was left leaning against the wall. I needed to work since I took the their 'sick day' off. When I returned home, my house was in shambles, flat screen TV was lying on the floor in the kitchen and shoved behind boxes. I gave all of this feedback to the 'owner' Brian Donahue on August 2nd and have, to date, not received a response. I have now paid a different person to do the clean up (since I could not lift the trash) and reapply the trim. I am a veteran and have limited resources. This treatment and total disrespect of a person's home is very sad.
