We are a third generation father and son operated company with generations of experience. We proudly serving the local Kent and Washington County areas. We are members of the National Wood Flooring Association and take extreme pride in the quality of work and customer satisfaction that we give to every one of our clients. Quoted a 4 day timetable for ripping up rugs, installing floor, reapplying trim, returning doors and cleanup. Took 2 days to rip up rugs and prep, called in sick the 3rd day and the 4th day laid the whole floor in less than 8 hours. Left a huge mess, did not reapply baseboard trim and did not remove, return or adjust doors. If you move open a door that was not removed, you will gouge the floor. The other doors cannot be used since the floors were placed around them. One closet door was left leaning against the wall. I needed to work since I took the their 'sick day' off. When I returned home, my house was in shambles, flat screen TV was lying on the floor in the kitchen and shoved behind boxes. I gave all of this feedback to the 'owner' Brian Donahue on August 2nd and have, to date, not received a response. I have now paid a different person to do the clean up (since I could not lift the trash) and reapply the trim. I am a veteran and have limited resources. This treatment and total disrespect of a person's home is very sad.
