These guys were awesome! They came the next day after we called. They were friendly, professional, and got the job done for a great price! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I moved into a new home and wanted to have the chimney cleaned and the fireplace inspected prior to lighting a fire on Christmas Eve. They arrived early and were very professional. Chimney was cleaned and they explained in detail why I would have lack of heat from the fireplace. Great service at a great price and I even learned about the workings of my fireplace! I'm so pleased, I have ordered a wood stove insert which they will be installing in a few days.

These guys are GREAT!  Professional, neat, do a phenemenol job cleaning the stove.. all the nooks and crannies... highly recommend them if you need service  ( which they did on our stove last year ) or the annual cleaning.. ( second year for us now ). 
They know the insides and outsides of pellet stoves... RI 's best in my book.

I called on a Friday and they were there the following day.  They showed up early and ready to go...wearing Santa hats.  Work was perfect and they were incredibly clean.  Both gentlemen were incredibly professional.  Next years cleaning goes to them without a doubt.

They were professional and quick. We were pleased.

After receiving an estimate from the company owner (Michael) I asked him to order the stove for me and install it. He warned me that it could take a week or more to get the stove. (It actually took about 10 days.) Since the office is a one-man show, communication involves a lot of messages back and forth, but he does use email as well. He generally reponds within 12-24 hours. When you do get Michael on the phone you have his undivided attention. 

The installation was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had, dealing with workmen in my house. They were cheerful, knowledgeable guys who truly seem to enjoy what they do. They answered every question patiently and in detail. While they worked efficiently, they did not rush. Once the stove insert was installed in the fireplace, they gave us a lesson in lighting and maintaining the fire, since the rules are a bit different than with a masonry fireplace. They got a fire going and made sure everything worked before leaving. The invoice was exactly the same as the estimate.

This was an expense that I did not anticipate to have to make this season. However, repairing the flue tile was not an option (because of its location), and a new liner was going to be close to $2000. For another $1100, I have an alternative heat source and a fireplace that really works. I've only had the fireplace insert for a few days, but I am so far very pleased.

I was concerned about smoke entering the house from the fireplace. I called Cheaper Sweeper, and he was able to send a crew out the next day. I had a cracked flue tile, so after the cleaning, they took measurements so that the boss could send me an estimate for an insert. The guys were very pleasant and competent.

It was pretty straightforward. they came out a few days after i called and were prompt and professional.

They gave us an honest appraisal. The work was excellent and the price was reasonable. I had a conversation very recently about an issue that I am having. I appreciate the fact that he is more concerned with the end user than a profit.

The guys who did the installation did a great job. They explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it.

A week before the installation, the company told me to perform a test on the draft myself. I later found out that other chimney sweeps consider this unprofessional. The result I got from the test gave me a false indication of the draft, causing me embarrassment with the oil company. I went to them for the liner mostly because they could do it promptly. The work was done promptly, without leaving behind any mess.

THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL WITH THEIR WORK, AS I HAD SOOT COMING BACK DOWN THE CHIMNEY AND INTO MY HOUSE. THEY DID MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS CLEANED UP FROM THE FLOOR.
