Joe (Cardinal Realty Group)
I cannot say enough about the experience of working with Joe and the (Cardinal Realty Group). The work was performed at the highest quality and at an extremely competitive price. One of the most important things was the time Joe would take in walking me through the work that was done, and finally explaining all the steps and decisions to be made in transferring my primary residence into a rental property. Working with a Realty Group and an individual like Joe with his level of honesty and trustworthiness has been a pleasure, taking the stress and anxiety out of renovating and renting out our property. If I had known that this process would have gone so smoothly I would have done this along time ago. I cannot stress enough the importance of an honest price and an honest job well done. On top of this the quality was higher than I had expected. Outside of the physical job, I have spent very long conversations on the phone with Joe so that he could explain the ins and outs of the rental and renovation process to alleviate any anxieties that I may have.
