went fine except lots of nails on the property afterward. Company very responsive to follow up call regarding possible leak around chimney which turned out to be a squirrel chewing on the flashing. They fixed the damage and no further leaking occurred.

The job was well done and in a timely manner. My only issue was that there were a lot of nails around the property after. Also the cupola on the garage was not shingled to match the roof. Other than that the price was fair and the roof looks great. I had a leak the following year and when I called they came over right away and fixed the problem - a squirrel had chewed the flashing around the chimney causing the leak. They fixed it immediately which was great.

Excellent, no surprises.

We contacted Mr. Burns on the 8th of May, he looked at the job, and gave us a price that evening. The work was started Saturday morning, and even with off and on rain was completed by 3:30 in the afternoon. Everything was picked up and there was no mess left behind.

He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is our go to guy for now on.

Bobby came highly recommended from a neighbor. His quote was the best we found, written and affordable, could have been a little more detailed regarding what's included/involved. We called and hired him (this took quite a bit of phone tag to do, though) and scheduled for the following Monday. When Monday came he did not show up and we had to call him several times to find out where he was. It was clear he hadn't pulled the permit yet and said he would be out the next day to start. He did show up on time the next day with 2 crews and got to work. The next day it was 6 men and it was done over the next 2 days. They were courteous and did a great job (only minus was some cigarette butts in the yard). Clean up was decent, but not outstanding. Still had to pick up a lot of debris from our grass and flower beds. The roof is well done and looks great - guaranteed for 30 years. Would hire again!
