Budget Termite and Pest is a 2nd generation pest control company and I have been using their services at my restaurant for 17 years. They are punctual, professional, and thorough. They are family owned and operated and take their customers and business seriously.
Throughout the years we have had several different technicians work in our establishment and all have been professional, and get right down to business, all while keeping a low profile, so as not to alarm customers that there could be a potential problem. Preventive maintenance is important to me so that we don't develop a problem and Budget has been consistent and thorough in their treatments year after year. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wanted to prevent or exterminate insects or pests of any kind.
Sincerely

STAY AWAY!!!
We have used them for 15+ years, to treat mice and ants, and other pests from time to time. We actually thought they knew what they were doing.
We had asked our inspector many times about a wood boring beetle and were told repeatedly that he would have his supervisor come out to identify and then treat. Assumed this was done. That inspector quit the company, should have been a tip off to us. Smart man!!!
Two treatments ago we told the new inspector that whatever he is doing is not working. So he stopped treating apparently. Our house is now being eaten up by these beetles. I called BUDGET yesterday to talk with someone about this and to find out why nothing is being done and what their intention is. I spoke with the most arrogant person, Bob. He told me my house is being eaten up by the beetles because that beetle is not somethng we have under our existing contract with them. REALLY??? We just found out our house is infested with this insect, and that is the response from our long term pest control company???
His next breath was to ask me again very sarcastically when I want him to come out and look at it? Nevermind how rude he was being, or any apology that we have pointed this out 10 times to our inspector previously, and obviously the new inspector was treating and quot;somethingand quot;.
I told good ole' Bob that I found this ridiculous and that we were and quot;doneand quot;. Bob replied and quot;okay, bye byeand quot; in such a sarcastic fashon that I can still hear his voice.
Family owned means nothing when it comes to this company. Good luck BOB! To the rest of you, stay away and take it from a LONG TIME customer who actually thought her pest control was keeping pests away. Shame on me for all that money I have paid them over the years. Good bye BUDGET, hello BIG BLUE BUG!
Hey Bob, and quot;bye byeand quot;!!!
I knew it was a good company right off the bat when I heard the friendly, down-to-earth voice on the other end. They asked what I needed, I explained and they simply told me what service they offered and gave me a quote. No sales pitch, no trying to pressure me into exorbitantly expensive and quot;extermination plansand quot; that I didn't need. It was refreshing. My immediate impression was that of good, honest, old fashioned business. We made an appointment for them to come to my house the next day.
They gave me a window of time in which they would arrive (between 3-5pm). I had a busy day and called to find out if they'd be there closer to 3 or closer to 5 so I could plan my time and errands accordingly. Again, totally pleasant, like calling a family business,(no automated menus...a PERSON answered the phone!). They put me on a brief hold and contacted the rep that was assigned to my house. and quot;He will be there between 3-3:30pm, is that ok?and quot;.
Fred was the rep that came to my house. He was punctual, professional and knew his stuff! He explained what kind of bees I had, what type of procedure he would use to get rid of them, how it would work and what to expect. His explanation was interesting, clear and to the point. He knew exactly what he had to do and was done in 5 minutes.
While he was there, I mentioned that I might have a termite problem as well. He took the time to carefully check my entire basement and shed and assured me that I had nothing to worry about.
Like I said, my experience with Budget Pest was refreshing. Good, honest, old-fashioned business. Hard to find these days. I wish them the best of luck! Keep up the good work and I'll keep on giving recommendations!
"We agree, our office is open Mon-Fri 8am -5pm and due to the fact they needed 6am or after 6pm we were'nt able to make arragements between our normal bussiness hours. We do thank the Martins for the 17 months of service we provided. Budget has expanded our Saturday schedual to include regular maitenence customers."
