Jim responded quickly and was able to come out and fix our slow drain within an hour of my calling. And, his pricing was better than anyone else I called.

Everything is A-OK

As stated above - the plumber came and he unclogged the drain. Apparently one of our tree roots is causing the problem. He suggested to purchase the material that will cut into the roots and not clog the drain.

It took about 1 1/2 hours and the job was finished. He worked with Ralph Geiselman and we were certainly impressed with the professionalism of both companies. we would certainly called upon them both if another problem does arise.
They both said that their work was covered if we find that something has gone wrong. That was nice to hear.

Great experience with Jim! Professional, punctual, and a genuinely nice guy. I wish there had been a review for him already on Angie's List when I started calling so I could have found him sooner (people: write reviews!). Our plumber was out of town and our sewer line became clogged in a recent downpour. He was waiting for me when I arrived (from work) and got right to business investigating and diagnosing the problem and then solving it. He spent extra time ensuring that the tree roots that had infiltrated the system were well removed and that the area was clean. He's great about answering questions and I learned a lot in the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT. THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND TOOK CARE OF IT. THE PLUMBER KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND TOLD US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFORE HE DID IT.
