Bob Griffin offered to apply a soft wash and full exterior stain application for my home at a reasonable price. The soft wash removed all signs of mildew, staining, and gutter discoloration. The roof looked brand new. He has great attention to detail, sticks to a job until it is done, and is easy to communicate with. Bob's preparation routine is by the book. He washes, sands and primes all surfaces before applying two coats of finish exterior paint (trim) and stain (cedar shingles). The house looks fantastic.
