BEAUDOIN BUILDERS INC

I was in the process of getting quotes from roofing companies and a friend highly recommended Luke. The nine quotes I had already gotten were between $11,000 and $17,000 to completely strip the roof (two layers of shingles), replace rotted boards if necessary, install new flashing and frost barriers, supply a dumpster, get a building permit, etc., and install 25 year architectural shingles. I was at work when Luke came out and left me an estimate for $6000.00. I thought it was a mistake and called him to confirm that the price was for the entire house (I have an addition off of the main house as well as a porch and a small roof over the bay window and needed all of those done). He confirmed it was for everything so I hired him. He was neat, on time, and best of all the least expensive of all the companies I checked with. Plus, he's very honest and just an all around nice person. The work was done in November 2007 and I have had no complaints at all and can't say enough good things about him.
