The people from Bay Appliance Service Inc. were wonderful. They were really great. They come and did a great thing. We've had them for years. He's the guy that we had all the time, that's why insisted for him. He said that he didn't take the money that should be spent on fixing it because it was old and it will cost too much to fix it. And so, he told us that and he charged just nothing. This guy was a jewel. He was always on time and he was a very reliable man. His work was always excellent.

It was excellent. He was incredibly efficient and their pricing was very fair. He was no nonsense. He went in and out, did the job, cleaned up, and he was incredibly honest. I think it was $65 for the house call which goes to fixing and then he charges by fifteen minutes but my deal was $80. He was an honest, no-nonsense, get-the-job-done guy.
