Very professional about answering the phone, keeping appointment, and doing the work neatly and efficiently. They are a bit pricy, however. I agreed to the estimated price in order to get everything done the same day, thinking it must be more difficult than I had figured. Turned out not to be complicated and it took just under two hours for 2 technicians to complete both the estimate and the job.

The technician arrived early Saturday morning. He was polite and professional. He replaced an existing ceiling fan in about a hour. I have plans to replace two more in the future and will hire them again.

The technician arrived on time.  He was very polite.  He is a knowledgeable and skillful person.  He replaced garage light bulb, and replaced two electrical outlets. We worked together to get the electric box labeled, but he made too many trips back to his truck to get tools and accessories which let me feel he was not efficient.  If I have electrical work in the future, I will still consider to hire them.
