The owner Brent is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and also he is a complete LIAR!!! This company tried unsuccessfully, to remove sugar ants from my home. They told me that I HAD to enroll in a quarterly program, for them to even come out to the house. I said yes, but they came time after time after time after time, and could never remove the ants??? REALLY? When I called Brent, he was not only very rude and condescending to me, but he flat out said that he was coming out to the house, "too many times"!!?? Too many times? He told me when I joined the program, that if I ever see any ants or "bugs", to simply call them, and they would come out to my house. Well I call BS on that, as he said to me, look we can't keep coming out there, as now Im losing money! So he completely lied to me and never fulfilled his end of the deal. This guy needs to be behind a broom, not a phone! Very very rude and belittling "man".

In order to refinish the house next to mine they gutted the entire inside of the building. Mice, all of a sudden, found themselves without a home and moved into mine which is a duplex.. The mice were running through the house including over the kids beds, in the kitchen and in the living room. I called Arrest-a-Pest Inc and they were there the next day. They understood the gravity of the situation where other companies were going to take several weeks to take care of the problem. The young man arrived on time and was very courteous, informative and friendly. He went about doing his work in a very professional manner. He covered 4 floors from the attic to the basement. He also looked for outside entry points where the mice might be entering. Within a week the mice were gone and I felt much relief without mice crawling over the kids beds. They were also one of the few companies that issued a guarantee. Arrest-a-Pest Inc is a company I would hire for any pest control problems. Their price was well within my budget, there was a coupon and also a senior discount. If you want a pest control problem taken care of this is the company to hire.

Jimmy came from Arrest-A-Pest and did a through job. He was very pleasant & he educated us about the carpenter ant problem. He did a great job & was very professional. I should have called earlier, rather than spending hundreds of dollars over the years on products that had only limited effectiveness,

I contacted Arrest-A-Pest because I found carpenter ants in my home. A representative (I believe it was the owner) came out to my home and gave a free estimate. I compared the price with two other quotes I had received and, in the end, decided to hire Arrest-A-Pest. Their service was prompt and courteous. It has been three weeks since they treated my property; the issue seems to have been solved. I am a satisfied customer. (Note: I opted to purchase a 1-year service plan.)

Attention to detail was excellant

Brent and the team at Arrest-A-Pest are fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend their services, After having an nest of carpenter ants that had bore a hole into our log home wall. Upon also finding a second nest in one of our out buildings, we opted for their annual service plan, where our home, garage and 2 out buildings would be treated year round, quarterly, for pests. The team has been very courteous over the past year, always punctual and respectful of our property, privacy, and we are reminded at every visit that if additional service is needed in between quarterly visits to call them. We are signing up for our second year, at this point, A+++ service!

Arrest-A-Pest answered our plea and came two days after we called and set up 12 pet/child safe baits around our home (all in very discreet mouse-approved locations so you would never know they were there) - it's been three weeks and we haven't seen or heard from the Mouse King since... I would highly recommend these guys!

Very well. I was offered a free inspection, which I scheduled. Paul, the gentleman from Arrest-a-pest arrived on time and was very helpful - took his time and gave me a fair assessment of the situation. He didn't try to alarm me into buying services on the spot. He felt the main entry point was the loose bulkhead door, which I had already planned to replace. I was given a rough verbal estimate of work that could be done after the bulkhead is replaced, and said to call at that point. Exactly the type of service I needed, and it was free - I'll definitely contact this company in the future.

After discovering wasps nesting in the exterior wall of the house, I called Arrest-A-Pest the following morning, and they sent a technician around that afternoon. He found two more locations where wasps (non-honey-bees) were nesting, and injected a repellent powder to make them leave. A couple of days later, our exterior wall was entirely free of wasps/bees. The tech also advised me on filling in cracks/gaps in the wall to discourage insects from nesting in it again; he was very efficient and professional, and I would use this company again for pest control.
