THE PEOPLE AT ARC ELECTRONICS WERE JUST FINE. THE WORK THEY DID WAS GREAT. THE COMPUTER RUNS JUST FINE SINCE THE UPGRADE. I DON'T THINK THEY WERE PERFECT, BUT THEY WERE ACCEPTABLE.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TRY AND SELL ME SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT NEED. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED AND THEY COMPANY GAVE US THAT. THEY ALSO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR WORK AND DON'T TRY TO PRESSURE YOU INTO GETTING THINGS THAT YOU DON'T NEED. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO HAVE WORK ON YOUR COMPUTER. THEY ARE A FRIENDLY GROUP OF PEOPLE.
