took 2 days to complete. This was not plaster ceiling that was completed. Therefore, I felt that the cost was very high. I should have asked for the cost prior to approving the job. I felt that Steve charged by the hour and not by the job in this case.

Steve(Anderson) is ultimate handy-man. He responds quickly to any request and performs repairs quietly and efficiently. He always asks if there is anything else he can help out with when he is done. If I try to pay him more than he asks, he will not accept it !! I hope that Steve will be around for a long time.

Steve is extremely competent and a true professional. I will definitely use him in the future.

I spent about $300 on the job. He did an excellent job. His work was excellent. I would recommend him because he is very reliable and his workmanship is excellent. I was very satisfied with him. I will use him again in the future.

He came to give me an estimate and stayed to do the work. He knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently and correctly. Realigning the triple doors on the medicine cabinet was fussy tedious work that another person who installed the medecine chest did not do to my satisfaction and claimed that it could not be done any better.

He is wonderful. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the work to be done because he discovered that the bottom of my basement was still wet. He will be doing the work once it is dry. He will also do a couple of other things for me. He is excellent. He is neat and he knows what he is doing. When he does a job, he does it right. He has already done a few things. I have an extension to one of my downspouts, which ends up in my neighbors yard everytime the wind blows. So, he put a screw in there and fixed it. It was bothering me for years. In the basement, I had some French drains put in because of the water. He had a sump pump put down into the cement and a trap door leading to it. He fixed that door, so that it was secure and can’t be opened anymore. He did little things for me. He will come out again after two weeks once the basement is dry. Then, he will proceed with rest of the work. He will paint the outside of my backdoor. He did mention to me that he does indoor painting. I love his attitude, his neatness, and his prices. He charges a fair price. I have paid him for the things he has already done. I paid $50. He did little things, but they were important to me.

He arrived about 15 minutes late. He quickly set about repairing the towel rack. Then went out and purchased the correct handle for shower and installed it. We discussed him painting my bathroom but his estimate was pretty high so I went and obtained other estimates.

He does excellent work. He arrives on time and does exactly what he says he will do. I have used him before and was very satisfied with his work. He is very neat and really cleans up after himself.
