Be aware... terrible service!!! My senior parents have an issue with their refrigerator which started this March. Worst possible timing when they should have the ability to stock up on food during the Coronavirus crisis. They contacted Allstate Appliance Service for the repair and it is nearly a month later and Allstate Appliance Service has not repaired their refrigerator properly. So many things to mention... not returning phone calls in a timely manner, needing several attempts to fix the problem without any resolve, refusing to fully refund my parents for payments made for service and parts, doing the whole "he said/he said" thing (blaming my father, not their repairman) when refusing to accept responsibility for this horrendous service. Bottomline... the refrigerator is still not fixed, they will not provide full refund... Shameful.

Contacted for an appliance repair.  The only times they could schedule were during the day, so we had to take time off work.  The tech was not able to repair this (almost brand new) machine and recommended we "buy a new one".  Left us a magnet so now we know who to call the next time we want a service person to come over and 'not fix' something.

They are very prompt, thorough, and do a good job.

Someone from Allstate Appliance had come out and made a quick 'diagnosis' of the problem. A part was ordered and within a week or so, installed. Original problem persisted. I notified the company of this, and two weeks later they had installed yet another part. Still not working. When I advised them that the original problem was still an issue I was told, "I'm sorry...I don't know what to do. Try calling Maytag yourself and see what they recommend." Why did I pay these guys???

Very well. I have no reservation in recommending this man to anyone needing appliance repair. I had a very good experience.

They were easy to set an appointment and arrived right on time. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Mike explained what had to be done and took care not to scratch the floor or leave a mess. He also gave us a tip on how to deal with the staining inside the dishwasher. "Add a cup of Tang to an empty load and run through a cycle."

THEY WERE GREAT. THE SPIN CYCLE DIDN'T WORK, SO I GUESS THEY HAD TO REPLACE A RELAY AND THAT TOOK CARE OF IT. THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD, SMALL COMPANY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. I LIKE SUPPORTING SMALLER COMPANIES, THOUGH.

THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE LINT THAT HAD PILED UP INSIDE THE DRYER AND IN THE VENT LEADING TO THE OUTSIDE. I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO PLEASE.
