We were extremely pleased with Ron's work.  The sashes slide very easily, which suggests they were well installed.  He and his crew reinstalled all of our blinds and curtains.  We were particularly impressed with the cleanup.  There were no paint flakes or dust outside or inside.  We were concerned because we sometimes rent our home to families with small children and we didn't want them to have any lead paint exposure from the work, but he was extremely careful. 

We were out of town while Airtight was replacing our windows.  During that time, there was a ferocious wind storm and power outage in our neighborhood.  Ron came by after the storm to check for damage, and called to let us know about it.  We were grateful that he was so concerned about our property.

I have used Airtight Windows twice. The first time I obtained quotes from other window specialists but Ron provided a better price as well as a full explaination at to how he would do the job. I was so pleased that when I had to replace my bay window, I called Ron first. Again, he provided a full explanation as to how the work would be accomplished. He and his crew were on time and finished the work in the estimated timeframe.

I considered hiring one of the leading window companies but felt that my questions were not getting answered in a patient and thorough way. I asked for an estimate from Ron Grenga of Airtight and was impressed with his knowledge of the products and the competitive price he was able to offer. The windows were delivered on schedule and the installation went smoothly. Ron was on the premises during most of the job, and his crew was efficient and professional. I am pleased with the new windows and the work done to improve insulation.
