We used them because we use them in another home. We have never had any issues and it has always worked so we figured we would continue on. We were able to get a little bit of a discount because we are currently using their system in another home.

. I have spoken to multiple people there and they will not cancel my contract without penalty because it is my word against theirs. Also they were rude and chastised me for not reading the contract. Yes, I understand that I am most likely in the wrong for not reading the contract (although I am exploring my legal options for signing a contract under false pretenses),. It looks like I will be stuck in doing business with them for 3 years in this contract. However, I could never recommend them and their customer service is abysmal.

"We've spoken with the customer back in August 2013 regarding this and he was advised that there was no notation listed on the contract in regards to canceling within 30 days. The customer was advised he had 3 days from when the contract was signed to cancel the services. In addition to addressing this with our local office in regards to what he alleges, the sales rep indicated they reviewed this information with the customer as well. The customer's contract is valid and will not be canceled without early contract termination charges."

We have been using them for about three years. They monitor everything. I like them. I think it is very helpful. They are very prompt. I had a friend stay over and they triggered the alarm at night. They called immediately and said the alarm went off. I will continue to use them.

I've had to have them out a couple of times to update the batteries or other maintenance issues. I've always been satisfied with their service. They also maintain smoke, carbon monoxide and water detectors as well.

They are very good. Sometimes I get to my alarm late. So they will call me to inform me that the alarm went off and they also ask me if someone can put the right information in it. I then give them my code number. They are excellent and I like them. There was a problem with a battery and so they came out the next day to put a new unit. They usually last a long time, but this one didn't even last for a month. So they came in and installed a whole new unit. There was no charge for that because I have a service plan with them. I had other alarm companies and they were all bought by ADT. So I guess they are good. I have been using their services for at least 5 years. I would use their services in the future too.

The installers were punctual and they had to come back a second day because of difficulty of the installation. While they were resourceful about how to solve some installation problems, the quality of the installation work was less than top-notch. In some places, loose wires were simply draped from one locale to another, instead of being stapled to a structure or fed through a conduit of some kind. Though we were assured of a neat installation, some areas were left unkempt and debris was left where it fell. The system was explained to us before the installer left, but it turned out that some aspects of the system (which I consider important) were not explained to us. The billing has been unreliable, and the source of some frustration.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY CALL AND THEY WERE HELPFUL IN ALL MY CONCERNS. THEY MADE SURE TO TEST OUT THE SYSTEM THOROUGHLY BEFORE THEY LEFT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING THE ALARM SYSTEM. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THE MONTHLY PRICE IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT I GUESS IT IS WORTH IT FOR PEACE OF MIND.

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE ALARM THEY INSTALLED COVERS EVERYTHING, FROM BURGLAR ALARM TO FIRE ALARM AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW LOW THE COST WAS.

ONE OF THE SENSORS WENT OUT ON THE ALARM SYSTEM. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY A SERVICE CHARGE AND 100 DOLLARS FOR THE NEW SENSOR. IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A YEAR SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT! I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

I LOVE THE ALARM SYSTEM. IT IS A BURGLAR ALARM, A FIRE ALARM, A GAS SENSOR, AND OTHER VARIOUS EMERGENCY SERVICES. THE GUYS WHO PUT IT IN WERE FRIENDLY, EAGER TO PLEASE, AND JUST GENERALLY NICE.
