PRECOURT REMODELING

Josiah and his team did a fantastic job. Josiah is a perfectionist - all of his work is high quality and completed with the agreed time frames. As an example, he spent 1/2 a day visiting e different granite showrooms in order to find the right piece of marble for my master bath. He also follows up to make sure everything is finished. I had a same issue with the bathroom door not closing properly which I found after he had finished the job. Josiah came back promptly to fix the door. I will hire Josiah for future projects as I found his pricing fair and his work excellent!

Josiah Precourt and his associates have always been very professional and courteous, no improper language. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  We had an issue where the manufacturer incorrectly prepped our windows, and we didn't notice until after installation. But Josiah reordered the windows, unfortunately twice due to continued manufacturer issues, and properly re-installed the corrected windows. Great job all around. I plan on using this company for future window installations and other projects I have in mind.

They were a pleasure to work with. Our house is over a hundred years old and required extensive remodeling of kitchen and two full bathrooms. We were able to jointly come up with solutions to the numerous problems that come with working on an older home. Their suggestions on materials and design options were much appreciated.

From our very first meeting with Josiah Precourt we found him to be attentive and helpful with formulating a plan for our large scale kitchen renovation. He brought great ideas to the table and worked off of a plan that we presented to him with the help of a kitchen designer. From the start he never said anything was impossible or not going to work. He made logical suggestions and helped us
improve the plan before any work was started. Together we worked on a contract that was fair and equitable for both parties. He gave a start date and stuck to the date. On the first day Josiah brought his 2 main men with him and we were introduced and told that Joe and Landon would be on the job from start to finish. They would arrive promptly at 8am each morning (and they did!). Week one involved prepping and demolition of our existing space. Josiah, Joe and Landon worked diligently and very hard every day getting the space ready for the renovation. They began by prepping everything so as to minimize the dust in the rest of the house. They took great care with all the spaces and floors that needed protecting and at the end of each day they cleaned up so beautifully and left all their equipment neat and tidy in one of the rooms they were working in.The dumpster arrived exactly when Josiah said it would and each step happened almost exactly when he said it would. Josiah was on site every day, working alongside Joe and Landon and keeping me informed every step of the way. These 3 men were such a pleasure to have around you could not ask for a more courteous, professional team! I actually can’t believe how much I missed having them around the house toward the end of the project. All the people that were brought in to do lighting (loved Andy!), granite, plumbing, air conditioning, plastering, etc, were great workers, efficient and timely. We didn’t have to wait on anyone. Josiah kept the project moving along smoothly from week to week. As we near completion of our kitchen renovation I can happily say I would hire Precourt Remodeling again without hesitation and recommend them very highly to anyone looking for a top notch company! My beautiful new kitchen/dining space are almost ready and I couldn’t be happier.
Thanks to Josiah and his team my home improvement project is a huge success!
