Outstanding. John came over and gave us an estimate that was within a thousand dollars of 2 other estimates that we obtained. He provided an extensive list of references for us to contact for a variety of jobs his company had completed in the Boston area--some much more involved than ours and everyone of the 3 people we called recommended John and Pine Ridge Builders without hesitation. He started the job on the day and at the time he told us he would and then showed up every day from then on until the job was finished. He coordinated the plumber, electrician and plaster work, was professional and always followed through on what he said he would do. As someone who has dealt with many contractors in the past, I can say that this was an uncharacteristically hassle free, wonderful experience. We are thrilled with the work they did and the service we received.
