Both Mr. Redmond and his wife , who runs the office, are smart, nice and professional. Mrs. Redmond called me back the same day on which I had called. I wasn't at home to answer the phone, but she left full information on our machine. Mr. Redmond and our tenant, who, as it turns out, know each other, quickly arranged a convenient time for both to meet at the apartment, thus saving my husband from having to make the 36-mile long round trip from our Middletown home to Wakefield and back. We appreciated the offer by Tim Redmond to make that time-saving (for us) arrangement.
We were thankful that Tim Redmond was able to figure out the problem without having to waste a lot of time working on the wiring within the machine, which I had thought was the problem, but realized that the previous tenant had apparently fiddled with the circuit box and had left it incorrectly wired. What a nice surprise that the solution was a fairly simple and inexpensive one!!
Earlier - 5-6 years ago, when I still had my 'old' previously owned refrigerator...Tim explained why it might be prudent, and it was also and quot;time ....to replace itand quot;: there are far more energy-efficient models, etc...and,
Because I was relatively 'new' to the area, Tim also mentioned a number of different appliance outlets who were having annual appliance sales.
