Chimney Repair
Originally it was wonderful and would have received A across the board but
weeks after the job was done (and paid for) they came back and poured a slap of ugly
uneven concrete 6+ feet long on one end for *no reason*. (they had said
they were just going to add loam around the single loose stone on the
edge that I had mentioned should be secured prior to winter icing).
They immediately promised to return and remove the concrete strip,
acknowledging that it was definitely a mistake and an eyesore but cancelled or didn't
show every time they scheduled.
I have been attempting to contact them for over a month now via phone and text but they are not responding.
