+ -1 moreShe was a very good real estate agent. She recommended a good home inspector. She kept on top of everything. We were very pleased with her. She did a good job. She was very good about explaining the process for a first time home builder. She also had to deal with a very difficult home seller for us. She went beyond her call of duty. Her remuneration was by way of commission. The seller had to pay a percentage of the selling price as her commission. She was very responsive; that is why we chose her. We will definitely use her services again in the future.
Description of Work: Roseann Rinaldi was our real estate agent. We started using her services four months ago until last month.
