I picked up my dry cleaning items the following week (clothes were fine- smelled a bit odd, but were clean)- understandably the tailoring would take a bit longer. I went back in May to pick up my skirt- it was not yet complete. I was out of town for the next three weeks- called, and the skirt wasn't complete. The tailor was ill, I was told, and I said that they could just hang on to the skirt and complete it when they could. Long story short, I started calling weekly (and then daily) in November, requesting that my skirt just be returned, complete or not. Finally, the first week of December, I was able to go in and pick up my skirt that had not even been started, but did have a nice oil stain on it. I will not return to this company.
