I am a landlord of a rental property and upon used this company on short notice to get my carpets cleaned from the previous tenant. The carpets were cleaned very well.  I was pleased with the overall responsiveness of the owner/operator team. They saved my very dirty carpet from having to be replaced to keep my new tenant happy, and they did it for cheaper than the previous company I had used. Best of all the carpets were dry in about an hour so I could get furniture moved back in and get the house finished for my tenants. I'd use them again, and plan to from now on.
