The contractor worked around our schedule as we cleared furniture from one room to another over a couple of weeks. The quality of the workmanship was top notch and they did their utmost to keep the work areas clean. The workers were professional and we felt quite comfortable with their being in our house while we were at work.

The estimate was delivered quickly and work scheduled promptly. The principal was very flexible and the work was completed in the time estimate provided. The workers were professional and cleaned up reasonably well. They moved the refrigerator and refinished under it without leaving any marks or scratches, and also added the first course of stairs at no charge. Only complaint is that they did not use vacuum bags on the sanders so there was light dusting of wood dust on the window sills, screens and other surfaces (but not on the floors)! The floors came out beautifully especially given their age. Would recommend this company highly, and the price was very reasonable.
