It went very well, they took care of the ants first time, they worked quickly and cleanly.
When we first had the problem and contacted them, the person taking the order was a bit reluctant to assess the situation.  We knew we need an expert to find out exactly what was invading our house (we had a large tree come down in the yard several months back and apparently this often leads to large ants looking for a new place to live).  Anyway once I got straight with her that we understood that if it was something other than ants we may need to pay more! Of course no matter what it was, we needed it taken care of.  Once we were in agreement on that, she scheduled an exterminator to visit us.
The best thing she did was tell me to send her a picture of the invasion - which they then recognized as large ants and not termites!
The person coming to the home was great, excellent job and no more ants!

They're good. We've used them for quiet a while. They are on a monthly schedule with summer house, they go there once a month all year round. They're reliable and they've done what they're supposed to do.

We had been dealing with ants in the house on and off since late spring. Finally concluded our efforts at addressing the problem were not working. Had a coupon, checked Angies List and called NPC early on Monday morning and were able to arrange for a visit on Tuesday afternoon, with a 2-4 p.m. window. Technician arrived shortly after 2, took one look at the ant I had "captured" to show him and explained what he would do. Was patient in answering our questions. Performed the work efficiently. Nine days later and we seem ant-free. Lesson learned: call a professional when ants first appear!

They are really good. They use natural products if they can. They are very prompt. The technician was great. I think we have a contract to three times a year for about $500, but I can't be positive.

We were pleased that the nest was destroyed, BUT they left all kinds of debris around the window box.  We would have given them an A rating if they had taken time to clean up after the job was done.
Will probably call them again if needed because they responded so quickly, but we would ask them to clean up afterwards.

They don't send a new person every time it's frequently the same person. They know what their doing, very careful.  Their very easy to work with and call ahead.

They go in to this property monthly but they bill us quarterly.  They seem to have been reliable and pretty good.  Their billing system seems a little wacky.  Once or twice there has been some problem with what they did.  We actually did do a lot of comparison shopping and their price was better than what we got from others.  I had no problem with them.

When I called I was able to set up an early morning appointment. They came within the requested time frame. They were polite and explained what they would do and answered any questions I had. They followed up promptly and got the job done without actually harming any squirrels.

Technician did not show up during the appointed time. When I called the company the owner was out of town and the technician had told her the roads were snow covered so he did not come to my house. The technician did not call me to reschedule and the roads in fact were well cleared following a snow 2 days before my appointment. I rescheduled for later the same week. The service technician was uncertain what type of pest piled the seeds. He placed bait stations for mice. scheduled for follow up.

They showed up on time, were courteous and did the job in a professional manner.

The do a series of three visits per year guarding against carpenter ants primarily. They came out and were very helpful.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY AND DO A GREAT JOB. THEY ALSO HAVE REASONABLE PRICES. THEY ARE CLOSE TO MY HOME SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED AND MADE SURE THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT FOR ME TO DO.
