This plumber has also relocated to Southwest Florida and is looking for work!!!  Customers beware he is a crook.  I have since learned of others he ripped off before making a new start in Florida.  Score is FFFFF for all categories!!!  He cashed our check the day after we gave our deposit of $2,100 (for parts) in early December and then repeatedly told us he had family emergencies and would not be able to complete the job by year end but "would make things right by us."  He finally showed up over a month later and performed two hours work rough plumbing for the unit but no unit itself.  Thank goodness we told him he could not de-install our present functioning water heater.  He then never returned to complete the job, did not deliver the unit, and would not return our calls.  At the end of the day we were forced to hire an attorney who advised us that he was declaring bankruptcy and our chances of recovering our $2,100. were pennies on the dollar.  This man cashed our check and stole our money.  He has made no attempts to repay our money or "make things right."  He was in our home and knows we have three children--shame on him.  Stay away from Lew Eldredge and Sons at all costs!
