Gates Insurance Agency Inc

Gates Insurance Agency handles our auto and home insurance. We met with an agent a couple of years ago at our home who was nice however was very long winded. Too much talk about  who he knew in the area and his experience as a child. After his visit we were to expect paperwork to arrive at our home to finalize the switch from our current insurance to the new ones. Paperwork arrived with wrong information...twice!. Took several calls to correct the problem. The women in the office were impossible to deal with. My final call to our agent resulted in me telling him how frustrated I was and him telling me to "calm down, I'm here to help you". I assured him I had every right to be angry and that his condescending attitude was offensive. Now we are moving to a different state at the end of the month, which requires us to cancel our home and auto insurance. I called the office yesterday morning and spoke first with Tasha, then April, who said she would email a form for me to fill out that afternoon. Waited until 5 pm then shut my computer off. Checked again this morning and still no form. Called the office and was told that they are short a person and that it was on April's "to do" list. It is now 2:15 pm and STILL have not received the form. I find this company completely incompetent and am happy I will not have to deal with them much longer.
