THE YOUNG MAN WHO INSTALLED THE VINYL FLOOR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE POOR ESTIMATING AND EXTRA COSTS THEY ADDED ON. THE CREW THAT INSTALLED THE CARPET LEFT A MESS AND DAMAGED VENTS. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

I WOULD NOT CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE TO DO THIS WORK FOR ME. THEY ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE, AND THEY MAKE SURE TO KEEP ME INFORMED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROJECT.

THE IN-STORE HELP WAS GREAT, BUT I DIDN'T LIKE THE CONTRACTOR THEY HIRED TO INSTALL THE TILE. HE TOOK TOO LONG TO FINISH AND DIDN'T INSTALL THE TILE LIKE I WANTED HIM TO. I LIKE THE STORE BUT I THINK THE INSTALLER NEEDED IMPROVEMENT.
