Wonderful service - put down protective pads for legs of furniture once carpet was cleaned.  Excellent job.  Also used them to steam clean the grout in tile floors and they did a great job!!

People were professional and very nice.
I expected a very careful job that would take several people two days.
One person was here about 2-3 h and the other person joined him briefly.
They used big-headed mops to wiped down everything.
I think $951 is too much for about 4 h of cleaning.

These people know how to clean carpets.  I was ready to throw away a very expensive ($5K) oriental carpet with pet smells that would not come out after several in-home cleaning services.  I saw an ad in a local dry cleaners for this company so contacted them.  Professional, timely, service oriented, and best of all, restored my carpet to an odor-free state.  I also paid them to cut off the damaged fringed edges and it came out beautiful--like a new carpet.  My elderly parents (who live next door) were so impressed they sent THEIR oriental carpet for the same service and similarly loved the results.  Highly recommend this cleaner--they know their stuff when it comes to oriental carpets.

Clean rite came as scheduled to remove mold in the ceiling of the bedroom and the bathroom which took about 30 minutes. I was very happy that mold was cleaned out without too much problems.

I want to go into all the details. Regrettably, I don't have the time. Hubby and I are very busy so we were looking for a company that provided a good price, in-and-out service and good cleaning experience. Well, we received that...and so much more! The two young men who came to clean my sofa were friendly and professional. They were on time, worked quickly and did a good job cleaning my sofa. They initially had a concern about the suede piping on my sofa, so they tested a small area and found that it would discolor if cleaned, so they were very careful when cleaning the sofa not to use their solution on the piping.

Very professional in setting up the appointment, sending out a team of 2 to give me an estimate, and sending out another team of 2 to perform the cleaning. Were clear in the estimate phase that 1 item (sunscreen on a navy blue couch) was unlikely to be eliminated. That was the case but I was okay with it because they knew enough about the fabric and the stain to make that assessment ahead of time. They were efficient and courteous throughout. I joined Angie's List specifically to find a service provider in my area for our vacation home.

From the start of calling Clean Rite, is was an extremely enjoyable experience. We have used them several times in the past and I am continually impressed about how they can come through in the clutch. We have a leaky bulkhead door and on random rain storms we got water in the basement. Every time we need them to suck the water out of the carpet and dry it out, they are very timely to get it done. Their technicians are trained to price projects on the spot, whether it be furniture, carpets or tile floors. All of which they have cleaned for us with 3 kids and a chocolate lab. Great company to deal with.

We called Clean Rite because we were moving and wanted four carpets
cleaned and prepared for storage and transportation. clean Rite gave us
a reasonable price, picked up and delivered our carpets exactly as
requested. The young man who returned our carpets to us even helped me
place them into our shipping container for the trip our to Colorado.
When we unwrapped our carpets they were clean and smelled as fresh as
the day we bought them.

Clean rite came to the house the day we called and provided an estimate, then their cleaners came the next day and did a great job. A slight shadow is still visible n one spot from a beverage spill, but the pet odors and stains are gone. They were efficient and reasonably priced, and the carpets dried by the end of the day despite the humidity.

I got them off Angie's List and they did a great job. They were very nice and did a nice job. They came out and gave me an estimate and told me what they need to do, and they came back today.
