Garbage Collection
It's nice that we didn't have to bring our trash cans to the street, but we never knew when our trash would be picked up. Some times they came two days late, and then sometimes they never came at all. I texted them numerous times to let them know that our trash was not picked up. When I explained that I didn't have time to communicate with them and that they could not simply skip a week, they told me that they would close my account. Overall, unprofessional and unreliable. You just want your trash picked up.
