It went very badly from the beginning.
. I was told the repair would take a week. It took 3+ weeks.  I could live with that. Problems occur. I had trouble with the lies. Constant and ever changing. Never taking responsibility for the delay. Blaming Ariens. Blaming me. Never them.
Very difficult people! I have never seen so much bad attitude.
 I was told when I dropped off the machine that I needed to give them a $25 deposit for parts that may not be covered by warranty. I didn't want to do that since it WAS a warranty job. They wouldn't take it in without it, so I gave it to them once they assured me I would have the $25 refunded if warranty covered the work.
 When they finished the work that was paid for by the Ariens Co they said they were keeping the $25 to "get me in their system". Also to compensate them for interacting with me and the Ariens Co.
Just one example of the "service" you can expect from this outfit.
Stay away from them! An unethical company filled with bad people.

They were excellent. They didn't charge me a lot for what they did and it was appropriate charge. They fixed my lawn mower and that's what I was looking for. They were right on time. They were professional.

On the All Outdoors website under the 'about us' tab you find a pledge; and quot;We'll also treat you like a human beingand quot; This was hardly the reception I was greeted with today. We have used this establishment for many of our business needs without issue. Imagine my surprise when I simply went in to exchange/replace some components for a few pieces of our equipment only to be met with nothing short of a verbal assault. I am talking screaming at me, F bombs all over the place and all by the OWNER!! My tone was nothing short of friendly and nice, I have dealt with the employees ( all of whom are wonderful!) for years now and have a great rapport with all of them! There was absolutely NO reason for this guy to demonstrate such a lack of professionalism towards me, I did nothing to deserve such a gross misconduct of behavior- it was truly appalling. In addition to that, his entire staff was completely embarrassed and apologized repeatedly to me for his disgusting display of customer service.
I usually am not a person who writes reviews, however, in this case it was warranted. No one should ever be treated like this--it was rude, nasty and completely out of line. My intention with this review is to specifically direct my disappointment and anger towards the company owner and not his staff. The employees have always been friendly, insightful and helpful despite having a boss who seems to be unable to control his own behavior.
