I have a girl there who does a wonderful job. It's excellent! I've been with her for about 4 or 5 different appointments. Before I used to come home and cut layers into my hair because mine did not do it. I had gotten a JC Penney credit card and my mother-in-law goes in Connecticut and I said I am going to try there. They gave me a master stylist, and she took her time, she did my hair, felt how it was, and what to use on it, and all that stuff, and she does an amazing job. I actually was able to go into JC Penney and look around. Usually I would come right home and wash my hair out, but now it's great. I can actually walk around and see what they've got and not feel like my hair has been chopped off. I found this girl at JC Penney and I won't go to anyone else. She knows exactly what to do with my hair and everything. She keeps up with the different styles and different cuts. She does hair dyeing and perms. I will be getting a perm the next time I go. I feel that the price was very reasonable. It was $42 for the first visit and that was when we got to know each other, and we got to know what type of hair I have. She gave me a really good cut and now it's $32. I don't even have to keep telling her constantly what I want done. She marks everything down in a little book she has. It really makes it nice for the customer. With regards to her punctuality, sometimes she runs a little bit over. I'm going to use her again. I'm not going anywhere else.
