Very well. the appointment to have the actual system replaced was out about two months from the evaluation and estimate. This was due to business of the company. Local guy, locally recommended, EXCELLENT work.

I am selling my house and the buyers asked to have the oil burner serviced prior to closing.  Valcourt was able to schedule the appointment the very next day.  They were at the house when I arrived at 0830.  The technicians were professional and courteous and did thorough job.

I bought my house in 2003. It had a tankless water heater (Lars Teledyne). I had constant trouble with it every winter. I eventually replaced it with another brand (Biasi Riva Plus), installed by All-In-One Plumbing, who DID A HORRIBLE JOB INSTALLING AND SERVICING THE UNIT!!! I was desperate because the new unit was worse than the old one! Luckily, I found Valcourt, who has serviced the unit about 3 times. They discovered that All-In-One did a very shoddy and incorrect installation (piping, electrical and filters), and worked to remedy the problems. This latest service call was because I had no heat in a severe cold snap. The technician, Brian, came on a Sunday morning, and discovered that the drain pipe, which had been incorrectly vented to the outside, was frozen. He defrosted it and advised me to insulate it so it didn't happen again. Valcourt folks are knowledgeable and dependable. I'm so glad I found them!

Fantastic!!!! Owner was very involved to check quality of his very experienced team. Team was very respectful of us, our time and our home. Took huge pride in their work!!!! From the folks in the office that set the appointment to writing the check the whole project went great.

Valcourt Heating prices were very fair and they were very good.

They installed a whole new furnace about seven years ago, so they do the maintenance on it. They say what they are going to do. They are competent. They are honest. We have really come to like the service that they offer and the technician that comes out. They are not expensive. We have never had a problem making an appointment with them. We have referred them to our neighbor, to my sister and everybody is very happy with them.

Furnace failed on Friday, and Valcourt came by in the evening to analyze the problem. Parts were not available until Monday, so occupants spent a cold weekend using just electric space heaters. Equipment and repair was covered by a warranty, but the initial visit to analyze the problem was not, for which I was billed $120. Valcourt took care of submitting all of the paperwork and a repair bill of about $700.00, including $200 for labor. Later, I was asked to pay $150 that the warranty did not cover. Overall it was a positive experience, and I was satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.
