Excavation
Work started very close to what was stated when contract was signed an continued almost every day until completed. Only one or two short weather related delays.
Special requests by us after the work started were done to our satisfaction.
At the end of the project we were told there would likely be settling of the ground around the tanks.
Settling was notice to be significant at the end of winter after the snow thawed. This corrected within a few day of us reporting the condition to Rose.
The work done was above and beyond what we had expected. It seemed all that was needed to satisfy us with the work would be done.
Rose was selected for this project because of his reputation in the area. However less known companies quoted roughly the same price for the work as Rose.
