Contractor had good communication and the project went well on time as planned. He had to come back same day for a couple of things missed . I would give this an A rating but when I discovered the outside outlet that was replaced was not working I contacted the contractor who did not respond. I tried 3 more times in a year and even saw a coworker down the street and told him about the outlet but nothing was ever done to remedy this and I had to hire someone else to fix what was not wired correctly. I was really disappointed as this could and should have been taken care of. Had it not been for that I would have rated this an A in all categories.

He stopped in on his way home at the end of the day and fixed everything in a very short time. It's been working great ever since. Everytime we needed him he has been there and his work is impeccable and professional. Highly recommend!

My gripe is not with Foster Electric directly. It is with one of their employees - Ricky. When I called to set up a day and time for Foster to quote and do the job. The owner said they were too busy but said one of his employees may be able to do it, as a side job. A nice gesture. Ricky came out in one of the very few windows I have between tenants at my summer rental cottage. He installed various lamp fixtures, sconces, repaired a can light that had recessed into my ceiling, etc. The one thing he did not do was replace a faulty GFI outlet in my kitchen. I paid him for all the work, including the GFI replacement and he agreed to come back the following week. the day came and he didn't show up. I texted him and he said he would be out the following weekend. He didn't show and when I called he was miles away in another state. I asked him for the $ 25 back for the unfinished work and he said he would send it. Weeks passed and no check. I contacted him again. He said he had mailed it but would mail another replacement check. Weeks passed, no check. I called and texted him. No reply. Not only was I blown off multiple times but he stole my money! Not someone you want in your house. If you make an appointment and don't show multiple times that tells me you don't care. If you took money from someone for work that wasn't done that tells me you are a thief. I called the owner a couple of times leaving a message about the situation asking him to have the employee return my money. No return call. Now he gets to deal with a bad review because his employee is a thief. He must be so proud. All for $ 25.

I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on a problem circuit breaker. Jeff answered the phone and came over the same day. He was polite, helpful and extremely pleasant. He replaced the breaker, answered a bunch of questions about other electrical concerns and charged me less than the anticipated.

Great! Will definitely be calling them back to do more work. They represent what a good electrical company should be.

They were swamped with challenging projects, but came on evenings and a Sunday to get the project done on time. Owner operated business. Pride in workmanship really shows. Hire them.

It was great. Jeff was able to come out quickly and he had the problem identified and fixed within an hour or two. He was very professional and did a little preventive maintenance to help prevent future problems. We will definitely call on him again.

the job went well. they performed multiple tasks in one day, quickly moved through and did all the work professionally.  They showed up on the day they said they would and everything went well.

Very well. He completed it in 2 1/2 hours at the quoted price. He supplied the fan and all materials.

Great, Jeff explained what needed to be done and gave me the option of replacing the hallway light myself.  5 star visit, would recommend to others.  He also texted me to confirm confirmation of the appointment.

Great work... fast... friendly and done right. Explained the entire process and made my wife, 12 month old baby and I very comfortable. Looking forward to having Jeff and Ricky back in a few weeks.
