I don’t think it was recommended by Angie's List; it's just somebody that does our flooring. They are excellent. We wouldn’t go to anybody else. They do very good work. The work that they did was excellent. They are a local company. They were extremely helpful. They went quite a bit above and beyond. I went in and told them what I was looking for. They came out and measured every inch of the area; every corner and everything. They worked up a price that was way out of my reach. I went and I spoke very honestly with the gentleman that was doing the measuring. I asked him if there was any way that we can get that down to about half. He said sure and that he will make some adjustments. He showed me some other choices and gave me some good suggestions as to what my choices were and why I would want a particular thing over another. So we worked it all out. They came down. The gentleman that did the installation had done work for us before. He is an Allied employee and not somebody that they contract. So I liked that as well. The gentleman that did it was here for a week. He put in each piece one at a time. I was extremely pleased. It took him the time only because he took his time to do the job right the first time. I couldn’t have been more pleased. It was very nice. Their prices are maybe a little higher; I'm not sure because that's the only place that my husband would deal with. I'm sure we could go to a retail chain and perhaps get it cheaper. That's fine if that's what we want. But we wanted a quality job and we got it. They are excellent to deal with. They listen to what we want and make adjustments. They were willing to talk to me all along the way as to how we could do it so that we could have a nice job and still be within my budget, and they did it. For what I got for the price that I paid, it was definitely worth it. I can't really compare because I didn’t price it elsewhere. We would absolutely use them again in the future.
