TWIN RIVER NURSERY

Twin River had recommended a nursery where I could purchase three evergreen trees, because they did not sell them. The verbal agreement I had with Tyrone, owner of Twin River, was that if the tree was under 6ft, that he would plant them for $100 each. I selected three evergreens from the Cranston nursery and they tagged them for me. Twin River Nursery physically went out there to pickup the trees in Cranston and he said he would charge me $65 for the delivery. So the verbal agreement was a total of $365. Tyrone, the owner of Twin River, came out to my home when the crew got here and after they had started planting, and he said that there was an additional charge, because the root ball was a little larger than the other two trees. Tyrone never said what the additional fee would be, just stated that there would be one. That is when I told him he had broke our verbal agreement.  I told the laborers that he was throwing a hissy fit and he was going ballistic!  Tyrone threw the wheel barrow in the truck, and said come on lets go, we are not planting the other trees. His intention was to leave with my trees, that I had paid for at the Cranston nursery, in the truck still!  I refuse to use him for any products or services again because of him changing his mind on pricing once he came to my home. Totally unsatisfied about his attitude and his business conduct. The first tree was planted in the wrong position, and I pointed that out, and one of the laborers flat out told me that they wouldn't move it!  I am not impressed with Tyrone at all-his un-reasonability, impatience and deceptive pricing.

Pretty responsive and the work was done within a few days, not accounting for weather.
