Good experience buying tires there. Good about repairing tires, and not trying to over-sell.
OK for oil changes, but felt that auto service beyond that is just ok. Would advise getting a second opinion before signing on for significant repairs.

I have used Tire Pros before and they are really great to work with. In this case they balanced the wheels but said the rear tires needed replacing but needed to be special ordered. The balancing helped the vibration but because the rear tires were worn I still had some vibration. The tires arrived the next day and they installed them quickly. Now the car drives perfectly. Both days they dropped me at work a few miles away - very quickly, I waited less than 5 mins in each case. Both times they called to let me know the jobs were complete. Very fast, very efficient. My prior experience was good also. The dealer told my wife she needed new front tires, but she went to tire pros where they pointed out the dealer had made a mistake. On inspection the rear tires were definitely in need of replacement and the front ones were fine. The team at Tire Pros are very trustworthy and great to deal with. I highly recommend them. I compared prices and they are competitive with other independent tire installers and way, way cheaper than the dealerships.
