They did a good job.  They were very professional and thorough.  They cleaned up after themselves so they didn't leave any mess for me to pick up.  I thought it was a little pricey.

He assessed what needed to be done and he was able to repair it the same day. In fact he had brought everything he anticipated needing it except that who initially put the hold in the shower, where the faucet was cut so large that he had to go to home depot and purchased the one that fit over the opening. He spent the day and we have absolutely had no regrets. It was wonderful and was like we finally have a shower. He was prompt, very efficient and very personable. He knew his stuff and performed the job excellently.

I consulted Angie's List for plumbers in my area to replace my hot water heater that went bad that morning. I contacted several plumbing and/or hot water companies for bids. Two companies submitted bids immediately. RK and Son responded with the lowest bid and were able to replace the hot water heater immediately. The other company could not do the work until the following afternoon. The representative from RK and Son was very professional and cordial. When I asked him what I should do with the old hot water heater he said that because I mentioned Angie's List he would take care of it for nothing. I was very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend this company.

It went very well. They were about $1,000 cheaper than anyone else we got estimates from. The guy was really good. I was happy with him.

He was only a few minutes late, well within the range of reason. He examined the project, gave us a quote of $295 and said he could do the work immediately. It ended up taking him longer than he expected, but he still finished the work that same day and stuck to his original quote rather than upping his price because of the extra time spent. He was polite and professional, I would recommend him to others.

I WOULD SAY THAT I HAD A FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BUT NOTE THAT IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND GET TO MY HOUSE QUICKLY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE RESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY HOME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES.
