Basement Waterproofing
The men came when they said they would. Finished the work on time. It's been dry so I don't know if the work is effective in stopping seepage. The workers scratched and chipped the wood deck but that's minor. After the job I called repeatedly to Waldron and the job supervisor, both on cell and company phones, and they never called me back. All I wanted was the promised, transferable warranty and instructions and warranty on the new ($600!) sump pump. I registered a complaint with the BBB and got a response that the company is uncooperative in working with them--unsatisfactory in other words. I noticed that bad reports exist for another basement waterproofing company with Bill Waldron as the rep! So, he's evidently moved from NH to RI to continue his shoddy reputation.
