Marco (owner) is uniquely consistent & honest in his approach to TOTAL customer satisfaction: He has delivered/installed equipment at 4am, he's dealt w last minute change orders, he's replaced equipment that needed to be swapped-out due to OUR (measuring) error, etc. Marco is clear in exactly what he can/can't do, he's professional and he's 100% reliable: he delivers the spec'd equipment, right on time for the price quoted.
Marco knows the equipment, knows what the requirements are for particular environments and he's completely versed in delivering/setting up the equipment. We had a compressor fail on July 2nd last yr. It was w/in a few days of warranty: Marco got the co on the ph and we had the replacement compressor NEXT day, installed by the end of July 3rd. No headache, no boloney.
We purchased a beautiful set of rebuilt Blogetts: Marco is meticulous in every facet of the rebuilding: they were perfect (still are).
If anyone has ever been tortured w/ a 'used equipment guy', I advise that you try Marco-it's a wold of difference. Knowledgeable, fair, honest and keenly committed to TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
