I used Navigant Credit Union as my mortgage company, they had competitive rates, but most importantly they had great communication, their underwriters were in the same building as the loan originator which made everything a breeze.
I had my mortgage way before the closing date and would of been able to close earlier if the sellers were ready in time.
I'm considering switching all of my banking to Navigant.
