Front desk is helpful and professional, pool cleaner works fine. Was told the pool would be up and running- however we encountered other problems with the pump and we have not been able to get them to return to evaluate and service for weeks. I have left several messages and have not gotten one phone call retuned. When I stopped by- I was told that someone would be by in a week. I am not sure if they did.

Overall they met expectations. Only bad thing is they do not fair away excess dirt. This is consistent with all installers. I live in the city and it was a pain to get rid of.
