I really liked that they really went out of their way to make their clients happy.  I wrote to Karl Martone telling him that I could not thank him enough for all of his hard work and dedication to us over the last several years as we bought and sold homes.  I also said that his work ethic came through in the way that he handled all aspects of the buying and selling process, from beginning to end.  Last year, with times being so tough, I encountered multiple false starts with various buyers for my home.  It was hard not to be discouraged, but his expertise and perseverance helped me find a buyer that could complete the sale.  He then put his focus on finding a home that was perfect for me and I could not be happier in my new home.  Most people don’t realize just how much coordination takes place in the last couple weeks and days of a sale or purchase, but the thoroughness, dedication and professionalism he and his team displayed throughout each transaction was why the process flew so smoothly.  I really appreciate how much he was willing to utilize technology to facilitate everything from showings to paperwork.  For a busy family with two kids, having almost everything come through e-mail saved a lot of time and effort.  I feel very fortunate to have worked with him and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional realtor.  I would absolutely use him and his team again.

He kept me informed when showing were scheduled so that we would be ready for them. With his company link we could see the feedback from showing from other real estate agents so we knew what potential buyers were thinking. He plastered it all over the internet on the MLS sites and his own website - check it out - it gives you some good information. I will use him again on the next purchase.
