This did not go well. We felt that it was not worth it to hire an attorney or go to Small Claims Court; however, we wanted others to know what happened and do not trust this company.

They started out professional and ended by doing a half a** job and put my job as not a priority because they had other jobs where people were giving them a hard time. I was extremely disappointed in the supervision on my job and the lack of knowledge of plumbing and electrical codes. Every item of plumbing that was installed, leaked and had to be corrected. One Sunday morning, they caused my basement to be flooded due to not connecting the bathtub drain properly and did not clean the mess up. Just a nightmare. I will never hire another contractor that does not give me proof of permits prior to starting and has inspections. Did not vent the plumbing and caused serious sewer gases to seep into my home. There are no excuses for these types of contractors. Have never received the lien waivers as promised and required by the contract.
