Treated where ants were visible, then along floor/wall joint, and around the outside of the house.

Four years I hired them to get rid of carpenter ants in and around my house and to begin an annual carpenter ant prevention program. They also include termite monitoring as part of the package. It's been working beyond my expectations. Everyone I've dealt with over the years has been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very reasonable rates as well.

They are very good. I am in an association so it is part of the fee that we pay- so I don't know what they charge. The service is good and I would recommend them. Professionalism- they identified the problem right away, they knew what it was and they were excellent.

After determining the nest contained aggressive bees the service tech, Shannon, suited up and fogged then sprayed the nest.  she said it would kill any bees inside and any others returning.  after a day she came back and determined nothing was living inside and she removed the next.

The technician was on time, arrived on the same day I made contact, was very professional, and got the job done with no issues.  A little expensive, but worth it for hassle-free service.

This company sprayed my home for carpenter ants.  I got the same service last year so it was a renewal for a discounted price. It was the same technician as last year and he is very thorough and not in a rush, sprayed every nook and cranny.  I will hire them again next year.

I contacted Denise at Lincoln Pest Control on Monday morning. My husband is allergic to bee stings and had found 2 bee's in the bedroom and could hear them in the wall all night long. We could also see them going into an area on the vinyl siding. Originally, the soonest they could come was Wednesday but when they found out about my husbands allergy they were very responsive and scheduled for early Tuesday morning. On Monday afternoon we got a call from Joe that he was in the area and would come and look at them at that time. I have never dealt with a company and associate that were so very responsive. Joe came out Monday afternoon(even though we were not home) and then came back Tuesday morning. He explained everything, quoted the job and then did the job right then. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and his concern for us. While he was here, he walked all the property and pointed out nests that we were not even aware of. We will definitely use him again if the need should arise.

They came when they said they would and performed most of the work during the free estimate visit.  They returned on the day they said they would, as well.  They were extremely helpful and punctual and would use them again.

I had a carpenter ant emergency!  They came out the very next day and sprayed the outside and basement.  Haven't seen a carpenter ant since!  They have a one year guarantee, and I will use them again.

Overall, the experiance went very well.  I called Lincoln Pest Control to help with sealing up some areas around my house where bats could have entered.  We had 2 bats in the house earlier in the week, which were caught, and tested (tested negative!!) by the DEM.  The technician came to the house later that day and explained some of the ways bats get into the house and recomended some areas and ways to help seal up in the house.  He gave me a very fair price to have him come out and seal up areas on the outside of the house.  Due to some bad weather, we had to wait an extra day to get this taken care of, but we cant control the weather. 
The technician did a very good job explianing what he was going to do, and went right to it.  After the job was completed, he showed me the work, and put me at ease knowing that the problem was taken care of.

The technician was right on time, very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions as to when a re-treatment could be performed if we saw any further activity, when the area was safe to go into (basement:1 hour).

I was happy with the service, we didn't see any insects after they were finished, and so I would say they were successful.Their price was competitive.

They are a good company. They give the appearance of a small business that is family oriented. I thought the price was good.

They seem to be very good. We had some issued with flying quirrels in the attic a few years back and they toko care of it after a couple of tries. They do a good job.

The job went very well and I recommend them to others. I have been using them for about two and a half years and will use them again in the future.

I have been using them for the past three or four years. They spray around the foundation and set traps inside for mice during the winter. They also spray for carpenter ants and ground bees. They are very nice and they do a good job. They answer any questions that I have. They always answer the phone which is important. They respond very quickly and you don't have to wait for a long time for them to get to your house as they are very fast.
